Complimentary UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary next-day delivery via DPD on all United Kingdom orders over £50. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday are dispatched the same day from our London facility.

International Shipping

Brightlane ships globally to over 150 countries. International dispatch is handled via DHL Express:

  • Europe: £15 (2-3 Business Days)
  • North America: £25 (2-4 Business Days)
  • Rest of World: £35 (3-6 Business Days)

Please note that international customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Our Returns Policy

We stand unconditionally behind our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

UK Returns: A complimentary Royal Mail return label is included inside every presentation box. Simply affix it and drop it at your local Post Office.

International Returns: Please contact our concierge team at Sales@BRIGHTLANE.uk to arrange an international return. Return shipping costs are deducted from your final refund.

Bespoke & Monogrammed Items

Because personalized and monogrammed items are customized exclusively for you using hot brass foil, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please verify all initials before submitting your order.
